Responsibilities

• Assist store leader and team in creating a favorable customer shopping experience through great store conditions and service.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with teams.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
• Drive sales, maximize profits, reduce shrink, and improve department contributions.
• Participate in store-level financial performance discussions.
• Analyze competition and adjust division merchandising plans.
• Provide feedback on merchandising plans to leadership.
• Support staffing, retention, and store operations.
• Manage labor and supply costs daily to meet targets.
• Understand and apply physical requirements of the role (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
