Responsibilities

• Communicates performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinates meetings to ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Ensures the store is opened/closed properly; maintains staffing levels during shifts.
• Monitors sales, profitability, and inventory to meet targets; reviews ordering and inventory issues weekly.
