• Analyzes sales trends, profitability, and inventory to control costs.
• Oversees stock planning, ordering, and cycle counts; optimizes in-stock targets.
• Maintains merchandising standards, pricing, and signage across fixtures.
• Ensures accurate inventory, damages, markdowns, and cash controls.
• Delivers superior customer service and maintains a clean, safe store.
• Completes paperwork and follows SOPs and policies.
