Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service. You’ll lead opening/closing routines, supervise staff, and ensure brand standards are met across merchandising and operations.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing talent, coaching teams, and promoting from within to grow into future store leaders. A fast-paced environment and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and in-store merchandising.
• Analyze reports to guide decision making and improve performance.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory controls.
• Operate register/POS systems and fulfill OMNI channel orders.
