Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will open/close, supervise staff and inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service while executing brand standards.

The role emphasizes merchandising excellence, staff training, and successful execution of visual standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
