Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in-store.

You will drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering best-in-class service, and overseeing opening/closing routines while mentoring staff and maintaining brand standards. You will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and reporting, ensuring accurate payroll and omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and signage.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making and improve performance.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/ POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
