You’ll oversee daily store operations, open/close routines, staffing, payroll, and training while modeling brand standards and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. With a promote-from-within culture, you’ll develop talent, lead floorset updates, styling guidance and product knowledge, and grow into future store leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines and supervise salesfloor/stockroom.

• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reports for decisions.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
