Job summary

Ulta Beauty Kailua is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and keep fixtures stocked, ensuring a clean, inviting selling floor for guests. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager while focusing on performance, people, and process to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish merchandise, and support inventory processes.
• Adhere to policies and dress code; protect assets and provide guest service.
• Assist with merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and shipments as directed.
