Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience through stocked fixtures, clean spaces, and timely task completion.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and processes while following Ulta Beauty policies and standard procedures.

This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong teamwork and basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests; participate in ongoing brand/category training.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and dress code; follow loss prevention best practices.
