Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked, displays are current, and the sales floor remains clean and inviting.

You will work closely with Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals, follow policies, and provide excellent guest service. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
