Job summary

Ulta Beauty is a leading beauty retailer seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandising, and guest experience. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and following established procedures and standards.

Responsibilities include assisting in inventory, resets, planograms, and maintaining test testers and displays. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
