Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through a focus on performance, people, and processes.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a collaborative approach to meet retail goals while protecting

Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory processes.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education.
Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished and testers available.
Maintain store cleanliness across all areas and protect company assets.
Execute other operational tasks as directed.
