Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices) and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Maintain compliance with task dashboards, ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness across sales floor, backroom, and cashwrap.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
