Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain overall store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks while assisting the Merchandise and Operations Managers to drive performance.

Attention to detail, adherence to procedures, teamwork, and flexible scheduling (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and shipment/replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and comply with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets through loss prevention practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support.
