Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring shelves are stocked and the selling floor remains clean. The role focuses on accuracy, adherence to procedures, and helpful guest service.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, participate in training, and contribute to sales performance through efficient stock and display execution. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support merchandise managers and operations in daily tasks to drive sales performance.
