Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep merchandise stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process, while adhering to established procedures.

The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on attendance, teamwork, and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for the task dashboard and timely completion of shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty's dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness in salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
