Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support in-store operations, stock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers. You will help meet store goals and ensure products are available for guests.

Ability to follow procedures, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and participate in ongoing training is required. Flexibility for early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
