Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and execute assigned tasks while supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive performance.

This position requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and the guests served.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
