Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep merchandise stocked, and maintain cleanliness. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on performance, people, and process to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include replenishment, inventory counts, planograms, displays, and adhering to store policies. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology and devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through replenishment and counts.
• Execute merchandise resets and planograms per guidelines.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address guest needs.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
