Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks under the guidance of the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to procedures, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipping, replenishment, merchandise sets, counts).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
