Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Proven leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team while driving a service culture.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Lead scheduling using the company tools to optimize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards.
