Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager (MM) to lead a store team in alignment with Ulta Beauty’s mission and values, driving top-line sales growth through strong operations, inventory control, and guest service.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, omni-channel tasks, and training, while coaching associates, enforcing standards, and delivering a consistently exceptional shopping experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales and loyalty programs.
• Drive profitability via operational excellence and cost control.
• Forecast and schedule to maximize productivity within payroll budget.
• Review financial and operational reporting and respond to findings.
• Lead by example to coach associates and drive APG metrics.
• Maintain compliance with policies, dress code, and SOPs.
