O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Associate Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, profitability, appearance and overall operations. You will supervise store teams, coordinate with the District Manager, assist in hiring, training and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining safety.

The role emphasizes scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and driving excellent customer service. A strong focus on leadership and automotive knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise wholesale or retail operations of the store and team members involved.
• Responsible for supervising work performed by all team members assigned to store/HUB store.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge team members under supervision.
• Communicate information conveyed by the company to all store team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Ensure staff training on policies, customer service, computer operations, catalogs, sales and safety.
