Job summary

You will supervise store teams, coordinate with the District Manager, assist in hiring, training and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wholesale or retail operations of the store and team members involved.
• Responsible for supervising work performed by all team members assigned to store/HUB store.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge team members under supervision.
• Communicate information conveyed by the company to all store team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Ensure staff training on policies, customer service, computer operations, catalogs, sales and safety.
