Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead multiple departments, ensuring product quality, safety, and inventory integrity. You’ll drive merchandising execution, staff development, and customer service excellence across a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise interviewing, training, and scheduling, analyze sales trends, and manage expenses to maximize cash flow and margins. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Associates Degree required or equivalent combination with experience.
• HIPAA, AML, and Manager Food Safety certifications within specified timeframes.
• Ability to lead, train and supervise store partners.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop store partners.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to achieve sales and safety goals.
• Review historical data to forecast sales and optimize promotions.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety inspections, and asset protection.
• Prepare reports for upper management and maintain customer service standards.
