Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a customer-focused team member to help manage daily operations at our self-storage properties. You will build relationships with customers, determine storage needs, and guide them through the leasing process while ensuring a high standard of service.

You will also handle POS transactions, oversee invoices, and maintain store budgets. The role requires reliability, the ability to work Saturdays, and a drive to contribute to a smooth, welcoming facility.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property and perform daily operations: lock checks, show units, rent spaces, manage payments via POS, and process deposits.
• Review invoices and manage reporting within the store’s systems.
• Oversee the store’s expense budget and maintain supplies and inventory.
