Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail store manager.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and follow policies, procedures, planograms, and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience and drive sales growth.
• Educate team members and guests on products.
• Analyze sales and P&L reports to establish action plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring.
• Train and develop Assistant Managers and team members.
