PMG Carolinas LLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive exceptional customer service, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will schedule shifts, manage inventory, handle cash, train employees, and maintain cleanliness and compliance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the willingness to work 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register and handle cash with accuracy and proper records.
• Train, coach, and supervise employees; ensure shifts are covered.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and reporting; ensure store cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Adhere to PMG policies; manage vendor check-in procedures and paperwork as needed.
• Support District/Area Manager with store operations and reporting.
