Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service, and maintenance at our Westminster location. You will manage leasing, payments, and inventory while ensuring a safe, clean facility and a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, sales focus, and reliability. Weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and ability to stand/walk for long periods are expected. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Strong operational focus and self-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• You must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers and providing excellent service.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and processing payments via POS.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and auctions in the database.
• Overseeing the store’s budget and retail inventory.
