Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent store operations.
• Greet and engage customers to meet boating needs.
• Plan and drive results to achieve business goals.
• Oversee price changes and pricing audits.
• Maintain Planogram (POG) integrity and merchandising resets.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
