Job summary

BFS Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations in conjunction with the General Manager. The role includes program execution, product implementation, inventory control, sanitation, and scheduling.

The assistant manager acts as Senior Management in the GM's absence and must uphold company guidelines and policies. The position requires managing customer service, employee training, scheduling, ordering and receiving, merchandising, and cost control to ensure efficient

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provides top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service.
• Human Resource Management: Recruit, train, develop and evaluate employees to properly execute programs and safety procedures.
• Scheduling: Develop store schedules to assure proper labor and meet efficiencies.
• Ordering/Receiving: Assist in product ordering and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Merchandising: Attain objectives for all categories and maintain signage and promotions.
• Inventory/Cost Control: Perform inventories and manage cost accounting items.
