Job summary

BFS Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations and collaborate with the General Manager. You will manage inventory, scheduling, ordering, and sanitation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining product quality and store presentation in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise inventory, ordering, sanitation, and scheduling efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality, fast and friendly service to customers.
• Recruit, train and evaluate store employees; support GM in policy compliance.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to maximize labor efficiency.
• Assist in product ordering, receiving and stock control per company policies.
• Maintain merchandising standards and signage; monitor sanitation and cleanliness.
• Oversee cash handling, banking deposits and daily financial records.
