Job summary

BFS Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and act as the Senior Management Person when the General Manager is unavailable. The role requires overseeing sanitation, daily tasks, and overall store performance to meet company guidelines.

The candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks, learn computer systems, and stand for extended periods as needed in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling cleaning tasks to meet sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of proper garbage disposal/recycling for foodservice.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn and work on a computer.
• Ability to stand for periods up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Management Person in the absence of the General Manager.
• Understand all store operations and act in the store's best interest.
• Meet local, state and company sanitation standards in daily tasks.
