Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality, fast and friendly service.
• Recruit, train and evaluate store employees; coach team.
• Schedule and allocate labor to maximize efficiency and meet budgets.
• Assist in ordering/receiving products; ensure temperatures and quality.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and store appearance.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, and weekly/month-end inventories.
• Maintain sanitation and health inspection standards.
• Prepare invoices, bank deposits, and daily cash handling.
