Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Monitor the store payroll to ensure hours align with budget and review timesheets for all roles.
• Communicates daily sales goals and drives action through team discussions and performance reviews.
