David’s Bridal in Texas is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a high-performing Dream Maker team, delivering five-star guest experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

You will coach, mentor, and develop staff, oversee payroll within budget, monitor inventory, and ensure strong bench strength for staffing. This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and process improvement in a retail environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or degree and 2–4 years retail management experience.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.
• Strong leadership, coaching abilities and customer-first culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor by assigning shifts, reviewing results and giving feedback.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll to keep hours within budget and review timesheets.
• Help the store meet Total Monthly Income goals through leadership.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs and quality standards.
• Set daily sales goals and drive action; conduct weekly performance discussions.
• Assist in building bench strength and fill open positions within 30 days.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
