David’s Bridal in Pineville, NC is seeking a dynamic store leader to join our management team. You’ll mentor Dream Makers, model five-star customer service, and drive sales by building a high-performing team.

You’ll coach daily, manage shifts, monitor payroll, and partner with guests to ensure a welcoming experience while keeping inventory accurate and on plan. With a High School diploma and 2–4 years in retail management, you’ll shape a positive store culture and deliver on budget and guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor staffing, assign shifts, and provide feedback for a five-star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and operational processes to meet budget and inventory standards.
