Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Support adherence to company strategy and core values to foster teamwork.
• Monitor community competition and advise leadership on adjustments.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on assortment changes.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and hiring.
• Communicate weekly updates and major milestones to the team.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls are followed.
