ALDI, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to oversee daily store operations, manage schedules, and drive performance. You will support the leadership team by implementing action plans, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires at least a high school diploma and retail experience; you’ll handle inventory procedures, signage, cash handling, and compliance with company policies while promoting ALDI’s values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in retail preferred.
• Must be able to supervise and develop store team.
• Ability to work full-time (38 hours/week) and manage flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team performance.
• Monitor inventory procedures and cash control policies to minimize losses.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper product signage at all times.
