DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Operations in Savannah. You will lead operational execution in a fast-paced retail environment, coach teammates, and optimize processes to deliver an exceptional athlete experience.

Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and maintain high standards of service. You will oversee staffing, training, and merchandising, ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines while fostering a collaborative, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• 1-3 years of customer-focused leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to forecast growth plans and scheduling 90+ days out.
• Directly manages Captains and coaches store team for performance and development.
• Upholds merchandising standards and drives customer service excellence.
• Leads training initiatives and staff development across the team.
• Oversees payroll and staffing to align with budget goals and athlete traffic.
• Hires and makes hiring decisions for supervisory and hourly staff with guidance from leadership.
• Ensures safety, loss prevention, and SOP compliance store-wide.
