Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Wood Village, OR is seeking a high-impact leader to supervise and develop store teams, drive sales, and manage budgets. You will oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives while upholding Walmart’s values and the Open Door Policy.

You will lead hourly associates, hire and train staff, and build a inclusive and high-performing team that delivers an exceptional customer experience and aligns with EDLP and EDLC business strategies.

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• May require firearms CBC and Firearms Training for facilities that sell firearms; may require Certificate of Eligibility depending on state.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings such as Academy and Open Door programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities, setting expectations and promoting belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, and Open Door Policy.
