Job summary

Walmart Hermiston, OR is seeking a store leadership professional to develop teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. You will supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, set expectations, and foster a belonging mindset while executing company initiatives.

You will manage budgets, review profit and loss statements, optimize merchandising, and lead action plans to improve operations, shrink control, and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attending and completing all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, setting clear expectations, and promoting a sense of belonging.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve customer needs and issues following company standards.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders, support plans, monitor progress, and drive continuous learning.

Education

2 years of college

1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience

2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
