Qualifications

• Monitor and drive store financial performance including budgeting and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor associates; set clear expectations and promote a culture of belonging.
• Coordinate store operations, merchandising, and community initiatives to meet sales goals.
• Analyze PL statements, control costs, and manage inventory flow to mitigate shrink.
