Qualifications

• Ability to train and mentor associates and lead change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and customer service to meet goals.
• Monitor PL, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in designated area.
• Develop action plans to mitigate shrink and improve sales performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor associates while promoting belonging in the workplace.
