• Supervises hourly associates, hires, trains, mentors, and sets clear expectations.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensures policy compliance and upholds ethics and integrity through Open Door policy.
• Attracts and retains talent, fosters belonging, and promotes staff development.
