Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Fashion awareness and industry trends a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate the register and manage cash processes.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and travel as required.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Sell 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.

• Participate in recruitment and interviews as needed.
• Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing.
• Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and company policies.
