Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
• Directly manages Captains and coaches broader store team, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Upholds merchandising standards and drives programs for loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Leads training initiatives and develops plans with teammates.
• Partners on staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget and traffic needs.
• Oversees hiring decisions for Captain level and hourly staff and coaches on interviewing.
• Ensures safety, policies, and respectful, inclusive store environment.
