Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with performance evaluations and feedback.
• Help manage expenses and inventory to meet budget targets.
• Monitor shrink and implement loss-prevention measures to stay within plan.
• Ensure safety and business standards are followed throughout the store.
• Support training in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store environment.
• Assist in regular merchandise inventory counts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work week capped at 40 hours; schedule includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
