Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail management.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop store team; assist with assessments.
• Support recruitment, selection and onboarding of staff.
• Assist with performance evaluations and feedback.
• Monitor expenses and inventory; help manage shrink and budget goals.
• Maintain customer service standards and a friendly store environment.
• Coordinate merchandising and stock counts; ensure accuracy.
