Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced leader to supervise customer service associates and manage the front end of the store as well as pharmacy operations. The role includes supporting the Store Manager, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies to protect assets and improve profitability.

The position emphasizes coaching, performance management, and talent development while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; leadership abilities and strong communication essential.
• Store Manager training program (LEAP) completion or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion and transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, ensuring merchandise and store assets are protected.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and coaching of team members to meet business goals.
• Monitor customer experience, coach staff, and resolve complaints to drive loyalty.
• Analyze store performance data and drive initiatives for sales growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on planning, scheduling, and communications across the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety requirements.
