Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager/ESM to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will manage scheduling, performance, and training, while coordinating with the Store Manager and District Manager to implement company initiatives and strategies. This role supports growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership abilities with ethics, motivation, and communication skills.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP or willingness to complete leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team members, assign tasks, and manage scheduling.
• Lead customer experience improvements and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Recruit, develop, and discipline staff to meet company goals.
• Support the Store Manager and act in their absence when required.
